All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery: £3.99 (3-5 business days)
Express Delivery: £6.99 (1-2 business days)
Free Shipping: Free on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by factors like weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you would like to place an order outside of the UK, please contact our customer support team to discuss possible options.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please ensure that you do so before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.
